Aaron Jagdfeld
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Generac Power Systems, Aaron Jagdfeld is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, engineering and product development departments at Generac. Jagdfeld has been with Generac for 17 years holding previous positions as Accountant, Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer.

Jagdfeld serves on the board for the YMCA in Mukwonago, Wis., the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce Manufacturer Alliance and the Accounting Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. In 2010, Jagdfeld was named one of The Milwaukee Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” and was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2010 Upper Midwest awards finalist. Under Jagdfeld’s direction, Generac launched the industry’s first standby power symposium, a new Generac branding strategy and website and has introduced the company’s first national television advertising campaign. On February 11, 2010, Generac Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GNRC), parent company of Generac Power Systems, Inc., began trading on The New York Stock Exchange. In 2009, Generac was recognized as a top Milwaukee workplace in the large employer category by The Milwaukee Business Journal; in February 2012, Generac Holdings, Inc. was recognized as the Grand Award Winner of Manufacturer of the Year in the Mega Category for 2011.
Jagdfeld received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1993. Born in Milwaukee, Jagdfeld has spent his life living and working in southeastern Wisconsin. Jagdfeld currently resides in Mukownago, Wis., with his wife Christy and three children.
